Book Cover - FTLOJMy Book is up for Public Voting!

My debut novel For the Love of Jazz (Crimson Romance, 2012), has been nominated for the RONE Book Award for excellence in the Suspense/Thriller category!

What’s the RONE Award:

In a pre-publication review of my book, InD’Tale magazine gave For the Love of Jazz, 4.5 out of 5 stars and the Crowned Heart Award for excellence. This meant that it was automatically nominated for the RONE Award which is divided into 3 stages:

  1. Books reviewed by InD’Tale achieving the required star rating (4-5) go onto the second phase
  2. Books are subject to public voting within categories and must win to proceed
  3. Books will be subject to a panel of experts for review before a final book is chosen to receive the RONE Award in each category

Where to Vote:

Okay, For the Love of Jazz has already achieved the 1st step. Today, 17th May 2013, the public voting opened for For the Love of Jazz, which can be found on this page, under ‘Week 5 Poll Period’ in the category ‘Best Suspense/Thriller Work’ and is open for 1 week ONLY!

How to Vote:

So, if you’ve read my book, enjoyed it, and would like to support the book, please vote for it today on the link above. Voting is really simple and involves either registering with InD’Tale (which I am – it’s a great magazine) and once you’re logged in beneath the voting category ‘Best Suspense/Thriller Work’ my book will appear and you can vote, or you can download and email or mail a voting form depending on your preference.

Thanks so much for your vote! I really appreciate it!

Have a great rest of the day. I’ll let you know how it goes. Either way it’s a thrill to  be nominated.
